Mark will talk through the whole process while you get to know each other, then carry his relaxed (yet professional) approach all the way through to the ceremony itself, where he will make you and your guests feel as comfortable as possible with plenty of banter, laughs and of course: love!

From Mark:
“A little about me… I’m 36, born and raised in Melbourne, and I’ve just recently settled down in Perth with my beautiful wife of 5 years, Mell. We have a beautiful little 2 year old daughter named Elle. We’re obsessed!
For the 12 years prior to becoming a Celebrant, I’ve been working as a singer/actor all over the world, from cruise ships to Universal Studios in Singapore. Now back in Perth, I also sing in a Green Day tribute band and with various other event groups.
I’m a massive sports fan – Western Bulldogs (AFL) & Denver Nuggets (NBA) – and also have a diploma in Sports Journalism. Mell & I are currently having a great time renovating (learning as we go!) our little house in Singleton.
I’m pretty calm and laid back, love to have a laugh and pride myself on applying these traits to my work.”

  • We hired Mark for our intimate ceremony and could not be happier with our choice! From the first meeting, we just felt so comfortable with Mark and he made the whole process so simple and tailored it to exactly what we wanted.   • Mark is amazing at what he does!!! We were after a celebrant who would make the ceremony really personal, and capture us as a couple. He is so flexible with his style, so it's really tailored to the couple and how you'd like the day to go. We live interstate, so we met Mark initially on a FaceTime call, but as soon as we hung up we knew we wanted him to be our celebrant. He's so easy to get along with, pours so much time into every element of the ceremony and getting it perfect...and he was extremely patient with us because we are terribly disorganised adults. He made the lead-up to the big day so relaxing, and our guests kept asking afterwards if he was an old friend because we all looked so comfortable during the ceremony.   • We decided to have a surprise wedding at our engagement party. From the get go, Mark was incredible, helping us decide how to best go about our ceremony and surprise our guests. A bit of acting was also required during the ceremony to maintain the ruse; which Mark performed perfectly! Mark, is a very thoughtful and gentle person with a wonderful speaking voice (and a great singing voice too, so we hear!).   • Mark was the perfect celebrant for us. My partner and I were both blown away when we read the ceremony script that Mark had planned for us - he just got us! Our guests were laughing and commented on how great the ceremony was. On top of that, Mark was incredible supportive throughout the process of arranging our wedding (which we arranged very last minute) and in particular when we had to reschedule our wedding due to border opening changes - he checked in on us througout and was so understanding and worked with us when we changed the date. Could not recommend Mark more! So glad that we found him!
