Having played more than 600 shows across Australia and North America in the past five years, Perth musician Travis Caudle is a seasoned performer.
Combining his award-winning rock/pop songs that draw from influences as diverse as U2, Counting Crows, The Cure and The Church with a huge range of covers (The Police, Snow Patrol, Crowded House, The White Stripes, Paul Kelly, etc) Travis is both captivating and easy-to-listen-to.
A musician since he was 17, Travis started busking in a busy mall in Perth. A few years and a lot of success later, he now calls the US his second home.
He’s opened for a mix of Australian, UK and US acts (from The Black Crowes to The Church’s Marty Willson-Piper, Jimmy Barnes, Kasey Chambers, Sia and Youth Group amongst others) and has played at international festivals SXSW, CMJ and Canadian Music Week.
Some of his original songs have been on hit TV shows Gossip Girl and Flash Forward and his old band The Woodenelves was on Australian TV show ROVE Live in an episode that featured U2. In 2013, he spent 3 months in Nashville, Tennessee after being awarded a grant from the Australian Federal Government through the Australia Council for the Arts to live, write, and record there. While there he recorded a new EP, It’s Just You, with iconic Australian producer Mark Moffatt (Keith Urban, Stacey Earle, Tony Joe White and the Divinyls, Yothu Yindi, Mondo Rock, etc).
Now in Perth, Travis is a popular choice for corporate events requiring an experienced soloist.
